My name is Zoe, I am an experienced Delivery Consultant and the Managing Director of Stada & Co. After being in various industries throughout my career I felt it was time to move into something more dynamic and that is to help you deliver your ideas no matter how big or small.

Having worked on all sized projects, no scope is too big or too small. With the changes to IR35 Stada & Co know thats many companies are changing their approach to recruiting contractors so this enables me to work on short term tasks or to support my clients on longer durations.
I personally have worked in various industries over the last 22 years, predominantly in a Telecommunications environment but with the experience to transfer my skills anywhere. Whether you are a multinational Telecoms company or a small business start up I can help to deliver. Tech Mahindra: Service Management Consulting leading ITIL functions around Asset, Capacity, Service Catalogue, Service Requests, manage deliveries in a DevOps environment, achieving SLA/KPI performance by focusing on effective cross-functional team working onshore & offshore. Over all service assurance and end to end management of incident, problem & change teams, Service improvement plans, WLA, OLA enhancements and process improvements. Highlighting contractual and performance failures whilst making recommendations
Mobile Broadband Network Limited: I have worked with MBNL on various occasions and on significant projects in roles including; Network Ops Management, Service Management Consulting, Technical & Commercial Contracts Management, Programme & Project Management. Leading major programmes and projects for AOP’s and Exec Level initiatives through change, transformation, improvement and closure. I have played a significant role in offshoring major projects, lead multifunctional international teams whilst managing strict budgets and deadlines
Telefonica: IT Sourcing Management Consultancy, leading the IT Sourcing Strategy through change and RFP processes, Designed supplier governance frameworks for current suppliers for legal and procurement teams, building a contract database to assist with future negotiations, Supporting junior members of the team with training in a service management environment.
National Grid: Global Service Management Consultant and vendor management for all onshore & offshore suppliers, set up a NOC for service desk and incident management teams, identified and deployed service improvement initiatives, insourcing, transitions and transformation of key services and suppliers.
Three uk: I have consulted and worked for Three on various occasions, supporting their transition of some major programmes, end to end service & vendor management, project delivery and deployment, identified and deployed service improvement initiatives., marketing and social media support.
NeuStar NGM: Service Delivery Management for Vodafone Global and partners (SFR, Mobilkom) including all Vodafone operators; Vodafone UK, Ireland, Portugal, Spain, Denmark, Netherlands & Italy. NeuStar NGM successfully deployed and managed numerous projects for the customer. Agreeing SLA’s, defining KPI’s, & OLA’s, Contract negotiations & agreements. I rolled out ITIL across NGM Israel to ensure ‘good practice’. Set up a Service Desk / NOC using ITIL tools.
Vodafone UK: Various roles over a 10 year span from; administration, vendor management, leading multifunctional international teams to success, service management, leading the deployment of significant projects.
